I want to Volunteer, how do I apply?
It is easier than ever to volunteer to help people in your community at the Crisis Call Center! If you are interested, we welcome you to fill out an application today.
For your convenience we have several ways of applying, choose whichever you are most comfortable with:
- Fill out and submit an application online
- Download an application and submit it via email
- Print an application and submit it via fax
- Print an application and submit it via the mail
Fill out and submit an application online
Our online application allows you to submit your volunteer application instantly via Adobe Reader. Mac computers and old versions of Adobe Reader do not function properly with our forms. If you are on a Mac, please follow the instructions here.
Please make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader before you continue. You can download Adobe Reader for free here.

Download an application and submit it via email
Download an application to your desktop
computer. Fill out the form on your computer by typing directly into the fields. When your application is completed, save the file and attach it to an email to debbieg@crisiscallcenter.org. If you are on a Mac, please follow the instructions here.

I'm a Mac User, how can I apply?
Unfortunately, the default PDF reader for Mac will NOT allow for submission of the application, leading to lost data and lost applications.
Mac users MUST open the application through Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you are interested in applying and are a Mac user, use the following instructions:
1) Get the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader by going here
2) Download the Volunteer Application to your Mac here
3) Open the Volunteer Application using Adobe Acrobat Reader
4) Complete the Volunteer Application
5) When completed with the Volunteer Application, click “Submit Form” at the top right OR save the application and attach it via email to debbieg@crisiscallcenter.org
